What is your shipping policy?
Upon payment clearance, please allow 2-3 business days for the shipment of all items. This does not include weekends, public/federal holidays and any USPS shipping delays. For custom orders, please refer to agree upon time frame.

Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, all shipping calculations will be determined at checkout per shipping address location provided.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We only ship to the address provided during checkout and cannot ship to multiple addresses. However, if you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.
Return & Exchange Policy
What is the return policy?

Are custom orders returnable?

No, custom orders cannot be returned because they are made to your specifications and may not be sellable to another customer. However, we do implement a phase-by-phase process to ensure your satisfaction.
