    Thank you for asking! NirvaNaomi Jewelry consists of my maternal (grandmama or affectionately known as big momma) and paternal (grandmére) grandmothers’ names. Fun Fact: NirvaNaomi Jewelry pieces are named after members of our family. NirvaNaomi Jewelry is from the heart of the artist to the soul of the receiver and handcrafted with you in mind.   • Do you accept custom orders?

  • Are custom orders returnable?
    No, custom orders cannot be returned because they are made to your specifications and may not be sellable to another customer. However, we do implement a phase-by-phase process to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! Please understand that you are responsible for any customs fees charged by your country.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please review payment options at checkout.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Yes, I am required to charge appropriate sales tax on all orders per guidelines.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    Yes, all shipping calculations will be determined at checkout per shipping address location provided.
  • Do you have wholesale purchasing options?

  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?
    We only ship to the address provided during checkout and cannot ship to multiple addresses. However, if you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.
  • Can I use your pictures to help promote the products via my social media/online?
    Yes, we just ask that you not alter any pictures/images in any way and you provide the link to your social media outlets.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Upon payment clearance, please allow 2-3 business days for the shipment of all items. This does not include weekends, public/federal holidays and any USPS shipping delays. For custom orders, please refer to agreed upon timeframe.
  • What is the return policy?

  • What is your gift policy? Do you offer gift cards/receipts?
